Great spot for families, don't expect a bargain.

The staff was really friendly. they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I even had a lovely night on the rooftop terrace with a view that was remarkable, just stunning.

Let’s be honest, it wasn't exactly a steal but still decent enough for what we got.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt luxurious and comfortable, with high ceilings and lovely decor. The only downside was the noise. I could hear the elevator and some street sounds, which made it a bit hard to relax at times. Overall, it was a nice room, just a bit distracting.

Had a lovely stay where we enjoyed a spacious room and a very cozy bathtub. The hotel also features a nice sun terrace and a relaxing jacuzzi for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, parking was a bit of a hassle, so plan accordingly! 😊

We stayed in the Diplomatic Suite, which was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The suite had two comfortable bedrooms and a lovely living area where the kids could play. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Palermo, with so many great restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety, making it a pleasant start to our busy days exploring the city.

We didn’t use the gym or terrace. plenty to do nearby.

Our stay was fantastic, as we enjoyed the convenience of being just a few steps from Via Maqueda and less than a 10-minute walk to the Cattedrale di Palermo, both of which made exploring the city a breeze. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met during our stay.

We had a fabulous time exploring the bustling streets around the hotel. The balcony view from our room was stunning, and spending time outdoors with our non-service dog was delightful. The hotel made everything feel luxurious, adding to our memorable stay.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.
